Texas 4-H Youth Development Foundation
The Texas 4-H Youth Development Foundation was established in the early 1950’s as the “4-H Recognition Committee” to recognize superior service and achievement among 4-H members and volunteers. In 1962, the committee incorporated as the Texas 4-H Youth Development Foundation with a 501(c)(3) non-profit designation.
The Foundation raises money for Texas 4-H. We believe that 4-H improves the lives of Texas youth. When you invest in Texas 4-H, you are investing in the future of Texas.
Research has shown that young people who participate in 4-H are more likely to make better grades, give back to their communities, make healthier choices, be civically active and engaged citizens.
